These terms govern your use of the ONESTOPSG website and the engagement of our services. By using this site or working with us, you agree to them.

1. Our services

ONESTOPSG provides branding, marketing, content production and web/development services. The specific scope, deliverables, timeline and fees for any engagement are set out in a separate written proposal or agreement, which takes precedence over general statements on this website.

2. Quotes & pricing

Prices shown on this website are indicative starting points in Singapore Dollars and are separate from third-party media or ad spend. Final pricing is confirmed in your proposal. Engagements typically run on a 90-day initial term followed by 30 days' notice, unless agreed otherwise in writing.

3. Client responsibilities

• Provide timely access to information, assets and approvals needed to deliver the work.
• Ensure any materials you supply do not infringe third-party rights.
• Settle invoices according to the agreed payment schedule.

4. Intellectual property

On full payment, ownership of the final deliverables created specifically for you transfers to you, unless stated otherwise. We retain the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio and marketing unless you request otherwise in writing.

5. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep non-public information shared during an engagement confidential and to use it only for the purpose of delivering the work.

6. Limitation of liability

We deliver our services with professional care, but we do not guarantee specific business results, as outcomes depend on many factors beyond our control. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement.

7. Third-party platforms

Our work may rely on third-party platforms (advertising networks, hosting, analytics). We are not responsible for changes, outages or policies of those platforms.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.
